LET'S COOKING...

**CHICKEN BLACK PAPER WITH MUSHROOM**

350 grams chicken

200 grams button mushroom

1/2 capsicum

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp coking oil

4 garlic cloves

1 tbsp black paper

method:

1.Heat the cooking oil. Add garlic, stir fry for 10 second.

2.Add chicken and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until it half cook.

3. Add oyster sauce and black paper. Cook until near dry.

4. lastly add capsicum, mushroom and big union, stir it for a while.

It more tastier if the capsicum and the onion is a bit crunchy.

p/s: use chicken breast without skin and less oil

to reduce the fat.

wake up..5.30am.. already have plan with my friend.. jogging along the tanjung aru beach.. hahha, sun rise around 5.50am, no sun this morning, maybe it rainy soon. oh! just continue our plan, hoping can jong around before the rain start falling.. reaching there at 6.ooam, just near the terminal 2 KKIA.

reaching there, early morning, we can feel the smooth breeze, run to our face.. wind become heavier, the cloud is running toward us..

SABAH

M.E.D.I.C C.A.M.P

Last weekend we are going to salong village in nabawan area, in district of keningau sabah. we go there with the agape and sabah care group with cooperation with JKNS Sabah, arranging a medical camp in small area called kampong salong.

Our journey started around 7.30am in the morning. the journey takes about 5 and half hours before we reach to the destination. It takes about 2 hour to come to District of keningau through tambunan, then will go to sook then pasing to nabawan area. before entering sepulut area we need to go through garble and dusty road , up hills and down hills before we reach pengkalan salong.

There was a lot of client come, they are from nearby village. This place population is a rural area and most of them working as farmer and laborer.

Weekend off.. just travel 23km from Kota kinabalu town to get a great adventure in the TuArAn CrOcOdIlE fArM. This place is one the largest crocodile farm in Malaysia. we also can witness exciting crocodile show and beautiful cultural dance of sabah.
