My 14 days Challenge.. is it TRUE... lets find out..
1. DRINK UP- 6-8 glasses of plain water every day, it's help to flush out your toxin and improved skin hydration.
2. SWEAT IT OUT- exercise, make it routine.
3. EAT WELL- balance diet. not extra diet..
4. ANTI-OXIDANTS- essential to maintaining skin health. e.g, berries, prunes and leafy vegetable.
5. BEAUTY SLEEP- 8 hour deep sleep ( i don't think i can have that.. huhuhu)
6. SUN PROTECTION- daily sunscreen.
